Dog walking amongst our beautiful eucalyptus trees, in Lighthouse Field where the monarch butterflies winter, inspired this body of work. I was intrigued by the myriad color of eucalyptus leaves, especially the pinks. The leaves were sewn to thin backer pages from my journals or a dictionary.
